Biography
Eric S. Li was born in Chunan, Taiwan, R.O.C., on September 15, 1964. He received the B.S. degree from Tamkang University, Tamsui, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1986, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, in 1987, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, in 1998.
From 1988 to 1992 and 1998 to 1999, he was involved in wireless industries as a Microwave Engineer participating in the design of microwave circuits and antennas. From 1999 to 2006, he was a faculty member of the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chi Nan University, Puli, Taiwan, R.O.C. Since August 2006, he has been with the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., where he is currently a Professor. His research interests include high-frequency circuits, high-frequency calibration and measurement techniques, microwave and millimeter-wave polarimetric radar systems, and electromagnetic scattering.
