-The secondary structure and morphology of solution cast silk protein and nanofiber were investigated by FT-IR and AFM to define the influence of electric field.

-The β-crystal formation via temperature-induced as well as casting under electrical field of silk proteins was examined by CD (circular dichroism) and FT-IR
